Michael is an expert on China and corporate development in Asia, and brings particularly deep experience in organizing new companies. Prior to joining Indachin, Michael was a Director at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in Hong Kong. For Swiss-based Bobst SA, he set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in China. He led the creation of direct sales, services and financing operations across China, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. Michael started his career at Union Bank of Switzerland (now UBS), where he split his time between operations in Hong Kong, New York, and Zurich. His work included corporate banking and financial restructuring activities. Michael holds an M.A. in Chinese Studies and an M.A. in English from Sorbonne (Paris) and an MBA from IMEDE (now IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is fluent in English, German, French and Chinese.

Chris leads Indachin Labs, the new business innovation and development group within Indachin. Prior to joining Indachin, Chris served as Head of Greater China Strategy Consulting for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Chris began his professional career as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company, where he advised a wide range of global clients in the media, telecommunications and technology industries. Chris subsequently served as president of SavvySearch Limited, a privately held search engine company (acquired by CNET Networks in 1999) and afterwards, as president of Hong Kong Telecom/PCCW 's publicly listed Internet consulting unit, SpikeCyberWorks (acquired by Crosby Capital Partners in 2001). A frequently sought after commentator on China, Chris is the author of numerous articles and research published in the Harvard Business Review China and the Corporate Strategy Board. Chris is an honors graduate in government from Harvard University, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa and John Harvard Scholar.

In addition to his work with Indachin, Mark Leiter is Chairman of Leiter & Company and is an expert in strategic marketing and services innovation. Before launching Leiter & Company, Mark was a senior partner and managing director, global marketing, at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. At Viant, he was Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer. Mark founded and co-directed McKinsey & Company's branding and business-to-business (B2B) marketing practices. He was a charter member of Bain & Company's customer loyalty practice. Mark has served on the Board of Directors and/or Advisory Boards of several companies, including Ambient Devices, Cognizant, Prophet, Q-Networks, and Quaero. Mark holds an M.A. from Harvard University and was a research fellow at Harvard Business School.

overall business operations & management across 10 countries in Asia Pacific
including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia,
Thailand, Indonesia & India. Previously, led the IBM Consulting Group
(ASEAN Region) and held senior positions at CSC Index/Consulting &
Accenture. He has served as a Board Advisor, a guest speaker in business
leadership forums & universities. His views have been featured in print and
on CNBC and Channel News Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering
from the University of Melbourne (Australia); an MBA from the Macquarie

Prashant set up Tecnovate, an ebookers’ BPO Company, in India which served to transform ebookers operating cost base. Under his leadership, Tecnovate grew to over 1,000 employees. Tecnovate’s business innovations are now taught as a business school case study. Prashant is a frequent speaker at global industry forums. Following Tecnovate’s successful sale to Cendant, Prashant is currently building businesses in India in areas as diverse as Internet Travel, Integrated BPO and Real Estate. Prashant is a Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi and also holds a Masters in International Finance from the London School of Economics. Prior to joining Indachin, he served as President & CEO of Capgemini China and Asia practice leader for all Capgemini’s work serving the telecommunications industry. Prior to the merger of Cap Gemini with Ernst & Young, Kay-Meng spent 11 years as partner with Ernst & Young. Kay-Meng has extensive corporate and business development experience, including the successful execution of numerous M&A and JV transactions throughout the Asia/Pacific region. Kay-Meng has worked in Australia, New Zealand, US, Kuwait, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.

Bjorn-Erik Willoch brings over 20 years experience and leadership in helping leading corporations obtain outstanding gains from their technology and outsourcing investments. Prior to joining Indachin, Bjorn-Erik was Managing Director of Global Consulting Services at Capgemini. He led Capgemini’s $1 billion global management consulting business across Asia, Europe, and North America, driving downstream IT services and outsourcing projects. Bjorn-Erik is the author of Business Process Reengineering: a Practical Guide and over 100 articles published in leading publications across Europe. Bjorn-Erik holds a B.A. in International Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology. He is fluent in Norwegian (native), Swedish, English and Spanish with a good working knowledge of Italian, German, and French.

| Yadu draws on his 25 years of experience with leading technology companies in Silicon Valley, including Lockheed Martin and Stanford Research Institute. At Lockheed, he serves as the chief network architect for a multi-billion dollar communications network. Prior to Lockheed, Yadu was Chief Technology Officer & Vice President of Intellectual Property at AtomicTangerine where he managed licensing and commercialization relationships with laboratories in US, UK, and Asia. As CTO, he also oversaw advanced technology projects for Global 500 firms in the US, EU, and Asia. Earlier Yadu was a Research Physicist at SRI International, where he led major projects for NASA, NSF, DARPA, and other agencies. He has a B.S. and M.S. degrees from Yale and a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University and lives in the Bay Area. |
