Dominic is a Director of Indachin Labs and a world expert in developing and commercializing technology-based businesses. Dominic began his professional consulting career as an engagement manager at McKinsey and Company Greater China. He subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer at Hong Kong Telecom/PCCW's publicly listed internet consulting unit and later as co-CEO of a-Connect, a company that links independent IT experts with leading corporations in Asia, Europe and the U.S. Immediately prior to joining Indachin, he was founder and CEO at Decisive Consulting. Earlier, Dominic developed in-depth operating experience as China country manager forEnglishtown.com, one of the most advanced on-line English education programs backed by 26,000 teachers and staff around the world. Generating global revenues of $500 million, the company has over 1,000 corporate clients and has offered learning programs to 10 million members in both China and around the world. He holds a B.A. in Electrical and Information Science, and a Ph.D. in Digital Signal Processing, both from Cambridge University, where he was a Croucher Foundation Scholar and President of the Cambridge University Chinese Society. Dominic is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and lives in Hong Kong.

Yuwei is a professor of global strategy at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. He has also taught at the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He was the deputy director of the MBA Management of Technology program and founding director of the Nanyang Executive Program at the Nanyang Business School. He also taught MBA and doctoral courses and seminars in major universities in the U.S., China, and Singapore. Prof. Shi specializes in corporate- and business-level strategic planning, organizational diagnosis and design, and strategic planning leveraging emerging business technologies. Yuwei holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Masters of Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a Ph.D. in Strategic Management, Organizational Theory, and International Management at the University of Texas.
