Tom Manning, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Tom Manning is an expert at building and connecting technology-driven businesses across Asia. During his 30 year career, he has served as Chairman & CEO of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young | Asia Pacific; as senior partner and IT practice leader of Bain & Company; and in leadership roles with CSC/Index and McKinsey & Company. Tom currently serves as a board director for several preeminent Chinese public companies, including AsiaInfo, Bank of Communications and Gome.

Named one of the world’s top 25 business advisors by Consulting Magazine, Tom is a frequent commentator on Asia, globalization, and emerging technologies. His views have been published, quoted, or profiled in numerous forums including the International Herald Tribune, Fortune, Business Week, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal and CNBC. He is a frequent speaker and session leader at World Economic Forum events across Asia. Tom is an honors graduate of Harvard University (A.B., East Asian Studies) and the Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA). Fluent in Mandarin, Tom lives in Hong Kong and Silicon Valley.


K.B. Chandrasekhar, Board Member
Chandra is Chairman & CEO of Jamcracker. He is also the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of e4e Inc., a global technology holding company and Chairman of the Board of Aztec Software and Technology Services Limited, a publicly traded company on the Bombay Stock Exchange. In 1994, Chandra founded Exodus Communications. In 1999, Chandra established the Anna University K.B. Chandrasekhar Research Centre (AU-KBC Research Center) at the Madras Institute of Technology (MIT) campus of Anna University, as a collaborative venture between Anna University, Chennai (Madras), and the K.B. Chandrasekhar Family Foundation.


Bob Herbold, Board Member
Bob served as Microsoft’s Executive Vice President and worldwide Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Bill Gates. At Proctor & Gamble, Bob was Senior Vice President for Marketing and Information Services, where he was responsible for worldwide advertising, brand management, media and television program production. Bob is on several corporate boards, including Agilent Technologies, ICOS Corporation and First Mutual Bank, The Heritage Foundation, Nanyang Technology University, the Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He was appointed by President George Bush to the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology and chairs the Education Subcommittee.


Edward Tian Suning, Board Advisor
Edward has extensive experience and knowledge in the telecommunications and information industry. He is former CEO and current Vice Chairman, Non-Executive Director of China Netcom since May 2006. Edward is also founder and Chairman of China Broadband Capital, a new private equity firm uniting private, industry and government investors in a new alliance to build the next broadband economy in China. Edward founded and is an independent Director of AsiaInfo Holdings Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company, and a non-executive Director of PCCW Limited since April 2005. He is a member of the Advisory Committee to Harvard Business School of the US and the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum.
